  Replace references to ifconfig in documentation.
The ifconfig command is deprecated and has been replaced by
iproute2 for 20 years.

Nit: replaced on Linux, not on BSD (or replacing ipconfig on windows!).

However, given the majority of the commands referenced here are likely
running on Linux this change does seem reasonable.
