[v2,0/2] add unit test cases for mbuf library

  This patchset contains unit testcases added to increase the
functional and decision coverage for the library functions 
defined in rte_mbuf.h and rte_mbuf.c

1/2: unit test cases added for rte_mbuf.h
2/2: unit test cases added for rte_mbuf.c

Patch 2/2 depends on 1/2
