For example, there are about 30 cryptodev related tests (even though in the meson for CI it only listed about half) which will be enabled by "patch-18949: app/test: enable crypto unit tests on Windows". - For dump tests, currently the tests hang on Windows which require further investigation. Keep the dump test list just for non-Windows for easier tracking.
