NVIDIA acquired Mellanox Technologies in 2020.
The DPDK documentation and code might still include instances
of or references to Mellanox trademarks (like BlueField and ConnectX)
that are now NVIDIA trademarks.

The PCI IDs and copyrights are unchanged.
