[v1,05/11] test/bbdev: improve test log messages

Add a print message for failure to retrieve stats on bbdev.
Add vector name in logs.
Remove unnecessary prints.
Update code comments and cosmetic changes.
No functional impact.

We should find a way to get rid of this device specific code in the test
application. Test-pmd now has device-specific extensions, we should
consider doing the same here.
