Is there a specific reason for adding emails?
We should prefer public discussions on stable@dpdk.org.

To help accessing the maintainers, mail list can be too busy and it can be good
to cc the maintainer even it is going to the mail list.
And I recognized the mail address of the LTS maintainers are not documented at
all, they are not in the maintainers file too, so thought it will be good to
document in this page.

They are in the MAINTAINERS file, but should be updated.

Indeed, I missed it although I checked it before sending the patch, I guess I
searched for LTS :/
