Improvements to Inline inbound and outbound processing fast path routines rte_security_set_pkt_metadata() and rte_security_get_userdata() to make them inline functions and also provide mechanism for drivers to support fast userdata and metadata access instead of driver specific per-pkt function callbacks. This series updates requirements of mbuf fields to be updated for outbound inline processing.
