  This version update contains:
  * Fix for verification of the offload capabilities (especially for
    IPv6 packets).
  * Support for Tx and Rx free threshold values.
  * Fixes for per-queue offload capabilities.
  * Announce support of the scattered Rx offload.
  * NUMA aware allocations.
  * Check for the missing Tx completions.
