[00/16] net/hns3: some code refactor for hns3 RSS

  This patchset is to do some code refactor for hns3 RSS.
1. [PATCH 01/16]-[PATCH 02/16] fix some hns3 RSS bug.
2. [PATCH 03/16]-[PATCH 14/16] refactoring hns3 RSS code.
3. [PATCH 15/16]-[PATCH 16/16] reimplement hash flow function.
