[V1,0/5] update testplan and testsuite by DPDK

  As commit 53d3f4778c(vhost: integrate dmadev in asynchronous data-path),
1) Delete cbdma related case 12-23 form tests/vm2vm_virtio_user.
2) Add new testplan and testsuite.
