[V3,0/2] modify vswitch_sample_cbdma to test virito dequeue

  From DPDK-22.07, virtio support async dequeue for split and packed ring
path, so modify vswitch_sample_cbdma testplan and testsuite to test
the split and packed ring async dequeue feature.
